So Much for Winter in Texas

Winter has come and gone here in Texas, or was it ever really here in the first place?  For me, it is kind of an out of sight, out of mind thing.  My jasmine has begun blooming and all of the potted flowers have come back to life, so I say, bring on SPRING (although it isn't even February yet)!

Thinking Pink with Springtime on the Horizon!

Living in Houston, Texas, springtime comes a little earlier than with most of the country.  We have had a pretty mild winter even by our standards and against my nature, I am looking forward to the spring!  When I think of spring, I think of pink, all shades of pink!  What colors, smells, sounds, etc. remind you of spring?
